Sabrina and Jacob's elimination, Mathieu and Alexandrie's kiss, Billy and Emma's breakup, and Tristan's viral pull-up feat: everything from this week of OD Panamá, plus our ONE WAY OUT poll for Sunday.
Four days, three storylines, one record. Between Sunday's double elimination and Wednesday's breakup, OD Panamá delivered one of its densest weeks of the season. Before Sunday's next elimination, here is everything you need to know, and our ONE WAY OUT poll for who leaves next.
- Sunday: Sabrina and Jacob are eliminated in a double shock.
- Tuesday: Mathieu says he's done with Alexandrie, then kisses her.
- Wednesday: Billy ends things with Emma, live, in front of everyone.
- Wednesday: Tristan sets a pull-up record that breaks the internet.
The double elimination nobody saw coming
SabrinaThe week opened on a shock: Sabrina and Jacob were both sent home on the same night. For a show that usually eliminates one contestant at a time, it reset the entire board, and it is the moment that set up everything else this week.
Mathieu said he was done. Then he kissed her.
Mathieu
AlexandrieMathieu sat down with Alexandrie to clear the air, and maybe cut ties for good. One conversation later, the plan flipped completely: a passionate kiss that set social media on fire the same night.
Billy ends it with Emma, and Quebec cheers
Billy
EmmaAfter weeks of Emma keeping both Billy and Enzo on the hook, Billy made the call himself: he walked away from Emma, on camera, and the reaction online was immediate relief more than heartbreak.
Tristan's pull-up record breaks the internet
TristanWhile the Billy and Emma scene dominated the headlines, Tristan quietly delivered the most shared clip of the night: a pull-up feat that had the comments sections asking how a self-described "quiet engineer" was hiding that kind of strength.

The ONE WAY OUT poll: who leaves on Sunday?
The next elimination night airs Sunday, October 11 at 6:30 p.m. on Noovo. After a week this eventful, the names being floated are Emma, now single and under fire, Imane, who lost both her allies the week before, and anyone caught on the wrong side of this week's trip pairings.
Your turn: tell us who you think is going home in this article's ONE WAY OUT poll, and the public's verdict lands in your inbox before the show airs.
