Who Is Tristan From OD Panamá? The Quiet Engineer Who Studies Everything

Tristan, 27, from Saint-Jérôme: engineering candidate, observer first, romantic at heart and the most patient player in the OD Panamá villa.

Saint-Jérôme, before Panamá. Tristan Joseph is on his way to becoming an engineer, the kind of guy who solves problems for a living. His friends call him Titou. He loves cars, music and summer Sundays at Piknic Électronik. Raised by a Québécoise mother and a Haitian father, alongside two brothers, he packs his suitcase with a quiet plan, and several bars of soap, just in case. Watch first, act later.

  • Still in the villa after week 4, playing the most patient game in the house

Who is Tristan from OD Panamá?

Crave sums him up in one line: he analyzes everything, situations, people and probably even his own seduction strategies. He studies the room before revealing himself, and when he wants something, his persistence can border on obsession. But reserved does not mean cold. The same profile describes a romantic at heart. Before the show, his Instagram was almost a secret: Narcity counted about 500 followers and only 7 posts.

One of Tristan's very first posts, back when he barely posted at all.

There are small, human details too. Noovo Moi points out how much he cares about taking care of himself, down to the extra soap in his luggage. And he is not a total stranger to the OD world: Narcity reports he is friends with Megan Cyr, from OD Martinique.

One of the rare posts Tristan shared before the villa.

"Non seulement j'ai une belle gueule, mais j'ai aussi un cerveau."

Tristan's OD Panamá season so far

Chapter 1
The observer

While the villa gets loud, he takes mental notes. Who talks to whom, who means it, who is playing. He lets the others make the first moves.

Chapter 2
The long game

Billy, Emma and Enzo grab the headlines. Tristan stays clear of the drama and keeps his cards close, exactly the kind of player Crave says could become formidable.

Chapter 3 · Week 4
New faces, new reasons

Engie, Mathilde and Juliette walk in. For a guy who waits for the right moment, the right moment might finally be here.
