The Role

One Way is looking for a project manager to coordinate our client mandates, from the initial brief through final delivery, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, talent, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and track the progress of client mandates
  • Serve as the link between the creative, production, marketing, and talent management teams
  • Establish timelines, budgets, and deliverables with clients
  • Anticipate risks and resolve unforeseen issues during a mandate
  • Document processes and improve the agency's ways of working

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency or production setting
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail, natural leadership, and team spirit

Marketing Coordinator

The Role

One Way is looking for a marketing coordinator to orchestrate our campaigns, content calendar, and brand presence, both for the agency and for some of our clients and talent. You'll work closely with the creative, production, and talent management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the content calendar (social media, newsletter, website)
  • Lead the rollout of marketing campaigns for the agency and select clients
  • Track performance metrics and produce clear reports
  • Coordinate with the creative and production teams to deliver on time
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an agency
  • Excellent written French, good level of English
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple files in parallel
  • Knowledge of social platforms and marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Autonomy, rigor, and initiative
