These terms govern your use of agenceoneway.ca (the “Site”), operated by One Way Agency (“One Way”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site presents One Way’s services (talent management, content and video production, influencer marketing), our projects, our creators and our articles. All content on the Site (texts, photos, videos, logos, trademarks, graphic design and code) belongs to One Way, to the creators we represent or to our partners, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution requires our prior written permission.

4. Talent and brand images

Names, images and likenesses of the creators and brands featured on the Site are used with their permission. They may not be reused for any purpose without the express authorization of the rights holders.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access its systems without authorization, not to disrupt its operation and not to send false, misleading or malicious information through its forms.

6. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. Statistics, audience figures and results mentioned are provided for information and may change.

7. Links to other websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, One Way is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information it contains, or from temporary interruptions of the Site.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
