Tuesday on OD Panamá: Olivier charms Alexandrie and Imane, Engie admits her crush on Billy, Emma starts doubting him, and Enzo and Billy become roommates.
Tuesday night, OD Panamá picked up exactly where Monday’s 5 à 7 left off. The new girls made the rounds with the guys, the new guys made the rounds with the girls, and in a single episode we got a heartthrob who wins everyone over, a former fling who comes clean, an all-time “next” and an Emma who would very much like to keep everyone. Plus the twist of the night: Enzo and Billy are sharing a bedroom.
- Olivier catches the eye of Alexandrie and Imane, and William pleasantly surprises Alexandrie
- Engie tells Billy he is her crush, but Billy is also drawn to Mathilde
- Emma starts doubting Billy, and Enzo and Billy become roommates
In the girls’ house: Olivier, the man of the night
The name on everyone’s lips Tuesday night: Olivier. The cement finisher from Mirabel caught Alexandrie’s eye, she finds him very handsome, and the spark seems to go both ways. Quick reminder: Alexandrie was no longer Mathieu’s top 1, since he had picked Sabrina, who left in Sunday’s double elimination. So she has every reason to look elsewhere. A potential match? Stay tuned.
Olivier didn’t turn just one head. Imane also finds him a very good-looking guy. For someone still crying over Jacob and his custom ring 48 hours ago, let’s just say the page is turning fast.
Alexandrie also had a real conversation with William, the construction entrepreneur from Québec City. Less her type physically, she admits, but they share the same values, and she said she was “pleasantly” surprised. The classic chemistry versus compatibility dilemma, live on TV.
Meanwhile, Jeremy keeps circling Rebecca. On the menu this time: tattoos. But it was at the debrief that Rebecca stole the show, admitting she already followed Jeremy on social media before the show. She thought he was cute with his girlfriend at the time, she knew his dog, and the rest. A level of preparation that is either impressive or a little scary, depending on your point of view. One thing is certain: Jeremy is her +1.
In the guys’ house: Engie and Billy finally have the real talk
First real one-on-one for Engie and Billy, who had already kissed before OD. Engie learns that things got heated between Enzo and Emma lately, and she doesn’t dodge: Billy is her crush. She said it.
The new girls quickly understood what they were walking into. The last few weeks have been rough in both houses, and they say they want to avoid stirring up drama at all costs. A noble intention. We’ll see if it survives the next 5 à 7.
Small problem: Billy doesn’t only have eyes for Engie. Mathilde also caught his eye, notably thanks to a little beauty mark near her mouth, just like his sister’s, which he finds cute. Thinking about your sister in the middle of a date: we salute the honesty, and we laugh a little anyway. Billy’s verdict: Mathilde and Engie are both “very interesting.”
The “next” of the night
The moment that made us laugh out loud was Mathilde facing Mathieu. He thought she was cute. Her? Next, no ceremony. After losing Sabrina on Sunday, Mathieu’s week isn’t getting any better. Mathilde preferred the humor of Alexis, she finds him really funny.
Speaking of awkward moments, Alexandre gave us one too. Opening up to Juliette, he told her he grew up in the fields and raises his own cattle. Her answer: “I’m vegetarian.” Cue the silence. OD shared the clip today, and it is every bit as awkward as it sounds.
Emma wants to have her cake and eat it too
In the girls’ house, Emma and Alanna wonder whether Tristan or Billy might take an interest in the new girls. And Emma is clear: if Billy looks elsewhere, she won’t be happy at all.
Except Emma still hasn’t chosen between Enzo and Billy. She even goes as far as telling them, more or less, to fight for her. Hard to demand exclusivity from two guys when you refuse to decide yourself. At the debrief, same refrain: no way she’s getting into a love square, because she’s thinking about her two guys, who are really cute. As if having two suitors were an end in itself. Our take: by keeping every door open, Emma risks watching them close, now that the new girls are in the picture.
The debriefs: one unanimous verdict, one obvious couple
In the guys’ house, the verdict is unanimous: Engie is gorgeous. Nobody even tried to add a nuance.
And then there’s Tristan and Alanna. They can meet all the new people they want, it shows: they’re thinking about each other. In a season where everything keeps shifting, they might be the most solid couple in either house.
Doubt creeps in for Emma
Once the new guys finally met the rest of the guys, and the new girls the rest of the girls, one detail started bothering Emma. Billy had told her he kissed Engie before the show. Yet, listening to Engie, it sounds more like they simply crossed paths a few times. The two versions don’t quite match, and Emma is starting to wonder whether Billy is as sincere as he claims.
The closer: Enzo and Billy, roommates
To wrap things up, the new arrivals discover their bedrooms, and production hands us a gift: Enzo and Billy will be sleeping in the same room. The two rivals of the season’s love triangle, a few feet apart, every night. We can’t wait.
