Engie, Mathilde, Juliette and five new boys walk into the OD Panamá houses. Jeremy falls for Rebecca, Juliette eyes Alexis, and Jacob and Sabrina may return.
On Monday night, the doors to both houses opened and the game changed shape. Three girls in the boys' house, five boys in the girls' house, and in under an hour: a former fling back in play, two entrepreneurs who clicked on sight, a police officer falling fast, and two broken hearts watching from the sidelines. Welcome to the real second act of OD Panamá.
- Engie, Mathilde and Juliette walk into the boys' house: Engie and Billy have already kissed, Juliette is eyeing Alexis
- Jeremy, Charles-Philippe, Frédérick, Olivier and William walk into the girls' house: Rebecca, Émilie and Alexandrie turn heads
- OD Extra confirms it: Jacob and Sabrina could get back in through a twist
In the boys' house: three entrances, three storylines
The girls did not walk in quietly. Engie, a 24-year-old model from Amqui, already knows one of the boys: she and Billy saw each other before the show, a few kisses and nothing more. Unfinished business, in a villa where Billy is already juggling Emma and Enzo. If Engie picks up where they left off, the season's most talked-about triangle could turn into a square.
The real spark of the night, though, was between Juliette and Alexis. Juliette, 26, from Rimouski, founded her own jewelry business, and Alexis sees OD as a break from a very work-driven life. Same pace, same ambition, same vibe. A detail nobody missed: introducing himself to Juliette, Alexis never mentioned Zhara, even though they shared a quick peck at the last 5 à 7. A bond that was looking more and more like a default choice.
And Mathilde, a 25-year-old clinical nurse from Laval, played the observer. Charismatic and at ease with everyone, she has not shown her hand yet, which makes her the hardest newcomer to read.
In the girls' house: five boys, zero time wasted
The new boys did not wait for the first 5 à 7. Jeremy, a 27-year-old police officer from Longueuil, fell for Rebecca right at the introductions. Best part: Rebecca already followed him on Instagram, to the point of knowing his dog. After a week where Jacob set her aside, the timing could not be better.
Charles-Philippe, a 25-year-old trainer from Saguenay and self-declared professional flirt, had an instant crush on Émilie, who had said she did not feel wanted by the boys. And Frédérick, a 29-year-old real estate entrepreneur from Sept-Îles, shared a long conversation with Alexandrie, completely lost in her eyes. Mathieu, meanwhile, was in the other house.
Olivier, a cement applicator from Mirabel and hockey player who loves strategy, and William, a construction entrepreneur from Quebec City who calls himself a golden retriever, took their time reading the room. Two names to watch in the coming days.
Meanwhile, two hearts on hold
All this excitement has a flip side. Imane is clearly on edge since her top 1, Jacob, was eliminated on Sunday, just hours after giving her a ring. And in the boys' house, Mathieu seems a bit out of the game since Sabrina left. Hard to flirt with newcomers when your head is still somewhere else.
The twist: Jacob and Sabrina could come back
OD Extra dropped the bomb: Sunday's two eliminated contestants have a chance to get back into the houses soon, through a twist. Fred told them in person, and their reaction is worth watching. For Imane and Mathieu, it might be the best news of the week. For Rebecca, Jeremy, Frédérick and Alexandrie, it could complicate everything.
Eight new faces, two eliminated contestants lurking, and a villa that has never been this full. It is going to be a long week.
