The concept followed a relatable journey: staying productive during a short flight while enjoying next-level onboard amenities. The campaign emphasized connectivity, convenience, and lifestyle—demonstrating how Wi-Fi access can elevate any trip. With a TikTok/Instagram Reel and branded stories, the content reflected the comfort and innovation behind Air Canada’s latest offering.

Our approach

Strategic Messaging & Storyboarding

We crafted a travel day scenario highlighting the Wi-Fi benefits in action—from boarding to landing. The script integrated campaign key messages while staying aligned with the creator’s personal tone and audience.

We captured real-time footage of the creator using the Wi-Fi onboard, working mid-flight, and reacting to Air Canada’s premium in-flight perks—ensuring everything remained visually brand-safe and compliance-ready.

Multiplatform Format Delivery

The campaign delivered both a 9:16 vertical Reel and a 3-frame Instagram Story. Assets were adapted for TikTok and Meta, and a clean captioned version was created for repurposing.
