Both in and outside the hospital, Luca Dumont’s work centers on empathy and human connection. A mental health clinician with a background in pediatric psychiatry and forensic psychology, he uses his experience to promote self-awareness and emotional balance through meaningful content.
A lifelong athlete, Luca has played soccer for over 22 years, winning the Quebec Cup (Saputo Cup) with FC Saint-Hyacinthe and later competing again in the same tournament with Revolution FC. To him, sport is therapy, a space where discipline and vulnerability coexist. His content blends wellness, sport, and authenticity, inspiring a community that values purpose over perfection.
