Who is Félix Dolci?
Félix Dolci was born on May 5, 2002, in Saint-Eustache and grew up in Sainte-Rose, Laval. Fun fact: his parents first tried to get him into hockey and soccer. Gymnastics won in the end. He started at age 6 at the Laval Excellence club, where he still trains with his coach Adrian Balan, and he entered his first competition in 2009.
A member of Canada's national team since 2017, he quickly became one of the most complete gymnasts in the country. He won the Canadian all-around title in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
From Laval to the Olympics
The first signs came early: a silver medal on rings at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, then gold on rings and silver on floor at the 2019 Junior World Championships. As a senior, he broke through in 2023, placing 5th in the all-around at the World Championships and winning all-around and floor gold at the Pan American Games in Santiago.
In 2024, he lived every athlete's dream by representing Canada at the Paris Olympics. The Canadian team finished 8th and Félix placed 20th in the all-around, despite a broken grip on high bar in the middle of the final.

Félix Dolci's career at a glance
Big Brother Célébrités: the TV gamble
In early 2026, Félix Dolci made a rare choice for an elite athlete: pausing training to enter the house for the sixth season of Big Brother Célébrités on Noovo. A strong player and fierce in challenges, he was seen by many viewers as a serious contender. His bond with Marie-Ève Beauregard also got plenty of people talking.
He did not make the final, but he finished his run on the jury. On March 29, 2026, Gabrielle Côté won the season against Oussama Fares. Félix was the only juror to vote for Oussama, while praising the winner's "legendary" game.

Six medals at the 2026 Commonwealth Games
His return to the gym was spectacular. In June 2026, he helped Canada win team gold at the Pan American Championships in Rio, a first for the country. Then in Glasgow in July, he was the most decorated gymnast of the Commonwealth Games with six medals: gold in the team event, rings, vault and high bar, silver in the all-around and bronze on parallel bars. The team gold was Canada's first in the men's event since 2006.

What's new with Félix Dolci in 2026
The season ended on a tougher note at the World Championships in Rotterdam in October. Hampered by a left knee injury, Félix had a difficult qualification day, and Team Canada did not reach the final. An uneven finish to an exceptional year.
On the TV side, the adventure continues. He was a guest on Bonsoir bonsoir to talk about his love of gymnastics, he took part in Le moment de vérité on ICI Télé this fall, and HollywoodPQ announced in September 2026 that he will compete on The Traitors Canada, the English version of Les Traîtres, on Crave.
