In January 2021, Aly launched her YouTube channel, with one promise in its description: a new video every week. Her vlogs, challenges and everyday adventures have made her one of the most watched YouTubers in Quebec. Radio-Canada's Rad even dedicated an episode to her, titled Faire dans les six chiffres sur YouTube avec Aly Brassard.
Her name often comes up alongside Shahin Ouest, the Quebec YouTuber with more than 500,000 subscribers. Aly has described herself as his right hand, and she appears regularly in his videos. In January 2025, Shahin even organized a 100 dates video to help her find love. To be clear for fans: the two are friends and collaborators, not a couple.
Shahin's partner, Isabelle Labrecque, is part of the same circle. An airline pilot, content creator and former contestant on L'Île de l'amour, she runs her own lifestyle and travel channel.

Her popularity goes well beyond the screen. In 2025, she went to Toronto to hand out résumés written only in French for a video, and around 6,000 fans showed up to meet her at an event that was never planned, Rythme FM reported. That same summer, Salut Bonjour visited her and called her one of Quebec's must-follow content creators.
