FYC celebrates its second anniversary with a memorable VIP-day-party
This past April 20, Fitness Yoga Club (FYC) marked its second anniversary in style with an exclusive VIP Day Party at Shaker Mixologie in Laval. Held on Easter Sunday from 3:00 PM to midnight, the festive event brought together students, instructors, and public figures over a refined menu of oysters and champagne, all set to an upbeat musical atmosphere. An estimated 150 to 200 guests joined in the celebration.
This special occasion provided FYC community members—both students and instructors—with a unique opportunity to strengthen bonds and expand their personal and professional networks.
Over the past two years, FYC has attracted the attention of several public personalities who have taken part in its high-intensity training programs. Most recently, renowned boxer Jean Pascal, talented singer Shah Frank, and acclaimed beatmaker High Klassified have experienced the full force of FYC’s signature sessions.
What is FYC?
FYC, short for “Fitness Yoga Club,” is a bold fusion of dynamic fitness and traditional yoga. Its unique approach unfolds in a welcoming atmosphere, designed to revitalize the mind, body, and soul. The studio offers a wide variety of energizing workouts, ranging from Hot Boxing classes in a room heated to 37°C, to Yoga Stretch & Mobility sessions, to focused Yoga Core & Glutes classes, and more.
In the words of Redgy, founder of FYC:
“I’m incredibly proud to have created a community of yogis that now shines on an international level. I truly believe our students are among the fittest and most accomplished athletes in the yoga world. It’s a deep source of satisfaction to know we’re having a positive impact on people’s lives. The testimonials I receive—whether they’re about weight loss or improved mental health in the face of depression—continue to inspire me every day.”
